Shipping & Returns
We accept unused / un-opened parcels only on return. You can return the parcel to our Office Address : No.76/1, Noobal Madhura Street, Vellapanchavadi, Poonamalle High Road, chennai-600077. On receiving the parcel intact we shall refund your payment excluding the shipping cost.
We provide refunds on misplaced or damaged orders. On inspecting the issue and getting a confirmation of the misplaced/damaged orders , we first attempt to send you a fresh parcel again as we don’t want to lose a precious customer as you. But if you insist us to refund first, we shall refund your payment.
