When can You Request for Cancellation ?
- When there is Undue Delay of Delivery (more than 20 days )without any prior information, you may request for cancellation of order.Refund Policy
When the product you had received is in damaged condition, we shall either replace or refund your payment.
- When the order hasn’t been delivered to you even after 20 days without any prior intimation
- Wrong Product Delivery: When you have received a different product other than the one you had ordered we shall replace the product.
What is not included ?
- As body type varies for every individual, Results may also vary. Refunds are not included for the claims of product not working
- We take genuine efforts in giving you 100% Natural Solution for your Hair & Skincare concerns. So unlike chemical products, you may not have immediate results. Hence, there is no refund for the same claim.
